Cajun Fiddle

Tami Allen’s fiddle class will guide you through simple two-steps and waltzes in the Cajun and Creole style. She’ll cover how to backup an accordion player and take fiddle breaks in a Cajun jam. The workshops are geared to the beginner and intermediate fiddlers. Other instruments are welcome to join. Each tune taught will include the fiddle chords, and twin fiddle part.

Tami has played fiddle in the the bands Les Femmes d’Enfer, and WHOZYAMAMA. She’s taught at Dusty Strings in Seattle, Fiddle Tunes Festival in Port Townsend, and at Lark Camp since 2006.
