Western Swing is a genre of music that developed in the dance halls of the southwestern United States during the 1920s and 1930s. It is characterized by a unique blend of musical styles, including country, jazz, blues, swing, and mariachi music, creating a lively and danceable sound. In this workshop we will be playing some classic western swing tunes in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We will provide lyrics, chord charts and some sheet music. Whether you’re a beginner looking to strum along or a more advance player looking to take some improvised solos. This workshop has something for players of all skill levels.

As Bob Wills would proclaim….”Ahaaaa!”
