Beginning Harp: creating beautiful music right from the start
The harp is one of the most gratifying instruments because you can sound beautiful and expressive right away! In this welcoming workshop, we'll explore the harp through soundscapes, simple patterns, easy melodies, and lots of creative exploration. You'll develop confidence as I sprinkle in healthy technique and practical tools like how to tune easily. You'll feel right at home with this magnificent yet accessible instrument! Whether you're brand new to the harp or looking to strengthen your foundation, this workshop is designed to help you experience the joy of making music today.
Don’t have a harp? No problem! Email Eric Azumi at Lark in the Morning music store and he’ll bring one to rent to you at camp. The rental cost is $50, and you can apply that rental fee to purchase the harp when camp is over.
